How to scan files for Spam Script

Does anyone know what is the best method to check files with possible spam script? Evil or Very Mad

When you say spam script, do you mean files being altered to add malicious code?
If that is the case, I am working on something like that right now. I'm just testing it to make sure it works as expected as a cronjob but the module itself, although not finished is working if you are in desperate need.
