Looking for a theme N_Tech

Came across a theme by Raven nuke N_Tech just wondering if this was a custom design theme or not and if not where can I get it from?

I think that theme is from clanthemes.com and is in their theme shop.

thanks been been ripped off there before about 4 years or more brought a theme never got it or anything but whats done is done
anywhere else ?
