How are some website people making their "navigation" or main menus look like this?

I would love to have my navigation look that way... any ideas? is it a block to download? Customized "modules" block? or just a custom block in HTML?

wow, thanks for the help. Also, I am going to have to say this... I've only posted here about 4 times maybe a tiny bit more in the last 6 months and everytime I post I swear you answer within 24 hours. Raven you rule. Thats all Smile

Also, I would like knowing... how did you know that so fast? Because of your involvement with nuke? Or is there something (aside from contacting the webmaster) that I could have done to find out?

I've been involved with nuke for about 2 years. The other regulars, maybe even longer. Some things we know, some we guess, others we research quickly Wink
