dutch language file

ok so here is the main language file in dutch
just drop the content of the html folder into your root (or script map)

www.thevine.be/lang-dutch.php.zip

right click on the link, and save as, to download it

working on the admin language file atm

only one little issue on interpretation

define('_PARENT'....
as in Parents or as in Parent - PHP lang?

I ran some test
the admin file and newsmodule is good
but there seems to be an error on the general file

working on it
