how to disable Article Rating

wondering how to diable Article Rating , Related Linkswhen u click on readmore...

and change Options table to center under Comment option ?

This stuff is baked pretty deeply into article.php in the /modules/news directory. Without hacking that code there is now way that I know of to disable or change the article rating and related links or the options table.

I don't have the hack code. It would take hours or even days to write and test and I don't have that time.
