Smilies

Not that important to some people, but I run a couple of forums where they're addicted to smilies. Uploading them and then adding them is total chaos in nuke and phpbb, so anyone who wrote a script to allow you to upload them and they go in order in the drop down box would be a champion!!

I don't understand, don't you just upload the files and go to "Import Smiley Pack" and it basically does everything for you

Well if you want to add some new smilies to the ones already uploaded, when you go to the smiles page in ACP, and click on add new smilie, they're in no particular order and you have to scroll thru all the ones already there to find the new ones to install.

We have a lot of customised smilies so I just upload them to the smiles directory and then have to trawl thru them to install them. It's a real pain.

The most use the standard smilies.
Maybe if you use the for hire forum you can find someone who is willing to touch this thing and change the behavior.

There is probably some kind of smilies management mod out there. You could try looking for one Smile
