page centered on new user registration

using ravenice theme, on user registration, the last page where it says

all the left blocks are center aligned, so it really looks weird. works fine in other templates though.

by my brief look, it looks like ravenice has changed the order of elements from other themes, and that could also explain the problem I explained with the menu in gallery2 having a smaller font than other themes. It's as if the absence of font or center tags as a result of the reordering of the theme changes the expected behavior.
