Can't add new topic

I've added two new topics from the topics manager.
When I try to add a third one nothing happens.
Anyone have had this problem?

That's strange. No error message displayed or in the error log? Check the topics table to make sure it's not corrupt or damaged.

I've seen some other topics on this subject before.
The solutions was to delete the sql table and add it again.
It didn't work for me. I added topics manually via PHPmyAdmin.

You must be getting an error message. Can you check the error log?
