Looks like Gremlins.Is it still possible to log in ?
All is said above.Repair and optimize is your friend and of course you can drop the table and recreate the table nuke_session.Just check INSTALLION/SQL/rn_core_pl32.
Maybe also deactivate and activate the block again.
