unable to register

hi

i hope i have posted in the right area

i am running rwsRavenNuke76_v2.02.02_FULL
the problem i have is that people go though the registion and then go to confire it at the i am over 13 stage but a page comes up saying that username is already taken and i know for 100% that the name is not taken already

could i please get some help with this

That has nothing todo with NukeSentinel.I had a similar problem and got it fixed.
I only changed the Anonymus id but you can´t do the same because mine was -1 I also optimized and repaired afterthat the database tables and cleared cookies and cache.
Why not upgrade to the newest version of RavenNuke maybe that fix this issue.
Or use your working backup.

That's odd RN doesn't have an option to confirm you are over 13, unless you are using a mod like CNBYA? Also what theme are you using?

Well usually you don't allow registration from phpBB as the integration isn't the best.

Have you checked your users table and users_temp table for those names?

OK I stand corrected, apologies if I caused any confusion. I've never used that before, so how do you turn it on?

No problem Jakec. Its in your forums administration just enable visual confirmation.
