Help my site wants to download :(

My site just went off line.

Not sure if it's Nuke or the server causing the problems

Every time I go to my url I get a popup window asking me to download the page.

I can't access via ftp or access the control panel on the host (get page cannot be displayed).

Can someone tell me if this is phpnuke playing games, have I been hacked or is it something else?

Just had this from my host in reply to my panic stricken email lol
