not really sure where to put this but who is the little man in glasses and how do i change the image for my site? it comes up on tabs and in the address bar.

That "little man" is Raven, and it's set up as the favicon.ico file. Just remove it or replace it with your own favicon file...

lol, is Raven really that small, or does the image not do him justice!

Do a search here and you will find loads of discussions about using favicons.
