MySql Error

Have 7.6 with 3.2 patch Site [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]

When changing a Members permissions from Admin to user I get the below error, there were several members that we need to change as the positions are based on performance within the Clan. We could change only one member. We tried on other Admin and Executive Admin and could change them from there present position back to User then back to the correct position with out problem. The below is the error that is recieved.

I have very little PHP experience, any help would be greatly appreciated. I did try and find the file "admin_ug_auth.php" but could not.

Need the fixgroup script - I don't have the active link since Nukefixes is down. But it is available elsewhere

I have searched and googled for the script and can not find it, you said it was available else where, can you direct me further please.
