This back is great, thanks for making it =)

I had some problems with mail servers, that was my problem, got that fixed.

Then I had a problem with forums, it was giving me header errors, I added the code to fix that.

Having a problem with private messages now, they seem to send back to me.

If i go preview it shows my username as the sendee and the receivee even though I chose someone else.

Using foxserv 3.0.

I would try reinstalling the modules/Forums/ files - all of them, and also the includes folder. I know it works so I can't imagine what else it might be.

Just for curiosity, in your Forum preferences, is this set to OFF?

Use SMTP Server for email

I am using Apache on Windows XP Pro

Is there any files I have to change the rights to?

I know I ahve to do it for the picture module, I am going that when I get home from work, but anything else I have to do that for? I didn't see anything in the installation notes.

It was off, but even after enabling it, it doesnt work.

I set the SMTP server to crilen.dns2go.com (I have a routing server working on the same system, it works for the email activation so i know that will be ok)

Leave it off. Are there any errors in your mail server log?

No errors on the mail server.

I PM'd you the admin password if you want to take a quick peek at it.

Think it might have something to do with the users table?

Sometimes it has the admin username as the reciever and my normal username as the sender, but I cant seem to send it to the other user on my site "lowrider".

I am receiving the Actual User Status Offline message which is really odd since you are using Apache, correct? Or are you using IIS?

And IIS SMTP server.

It looks like your system is using IIS for the web server too. Can you give me a link to phpinfo()?

phpinfo()???

What is that?

<?
phpinfo();
?>

Save the above script to a file like test.php, load it to your server and send me the link.

the IIS Webserver should be disabled (it was last i checked).

The server is definatly apache.

IIS isnt even pointing to the correct location, nor does it have PHP installed.

I am unable to stay logged in. Are you able to stay logged in? Log in and go to Your Account. What is your user status?

Yea it works, for some reason it doesnt work with the admin account.

Maybe I have to erase all my users again? and purge the users table?
