May I suggest minor change to installation manual?

specifically prepinstalldb.html or install.html under /html/howtoinstall. In the reduction I downloaded just a few days back those files do not say anything specific about config.php modifications. I did install few Nukes before, so I did not get lost, but I bet people doing this for the first time are confused after starting installSQL.php.

oh, now I found the chapter about config.php at the end of the document. No, guys, this is plain wrong, I'm sorry. Your installation script does not work without db and user configured in config.php, at least with my host (bluehost.com). I think it does not work this way for many others. I do not remember the exact error wording, but it was saying it cannot connect to the database with some name, some user, and password "yes". Sure it could not, there were no such database and user.

Now I understand what is wrong. File prepinstallfiles.html goes LAST in the Installation chapter, while it should be FIRST there. Think you'd better correct this, to avoid new users' confusion.

Well, I didn't believe you at first (as I know that I saw this in a prior version being right up front), but sure enough, it is not addressed in any detail (just a few brief references) up front.
