Preset Profile Options

I would like to know how I can change the always attatch sig option to YES when a user signs up and its automaticly at "yes" in the users edit profile.

That would require a code change, but I'm not sure file you'd need to edit. Are you using CNB 4.4.2?

I know what file i need to edit just not the changes needed to be made.

modules/Your_Account/public/edituser.php

(I think this is the file)

In modules/Your_Account/public/edituser.php:

Find:

if ($userinfo[user_attachsig] == 1) { $ck1 = " selected"; $ck2 = ""; } else { $ck1 = ""; $ck2 = " selected"; }

Change to:

$ck1 = " selected"; $ck2 = "";

The original code checked to make sure there was something in the sig but now itll be checked yes whether or not that have inserted something into the sig area.
So users will now have a blank sig under their posts.
