The block just isn't there. I uploaded all the files to their proper places. In the Blocks section of the admin panel it just isn't listed and isn't displayed on the main page.

Nuke Treasury v1.1 doesn't display Donate-O-Meter. I believe I've done everything right through the install but it just isn't displaying the block. I have PHP-Nuke 7.8 installed.
