It does seem to be a server-level redirect. I would suggest do thorough cleaning, ask your host to format their server, rebuild from clean files.

Have you looked in your CPanel or what ever control panel 1and1 uses to see if a foward has been put in?

It hasn't, it's definately one of the includes or something.

It looks like your hosting company suspended your account.

No, the host is 1and1.com

They have not suspended our account, that is just a redirect to that suspended page.

You have to rebuild the .staccess filr through the NukeSentinel(tm) admin panel. You can't just copy it.

When you say .staccess is in root, do you mean /root as the root folder on your server? If so, that would be a very wrong place to put it. .staccess MUST be in a folder/partition that Apache has read ...

Nuke Sentinel passwords in your database there nuke_ nsnst_admins.

You can start fresh with an empty staccess and Http Auth protection set to 0 in nuke_ nsnst_config.
Check also your table nuke_nsnst_admins for your passwords.
