Should the admin part show up without the Edits on core files?

Downloaded the 2600 version from sourceforge directly with wget on my linux machine and I am getting the same error ... pretty strange ...

I am trying for allmost an hour allready to make this version work and I can't sem to do it right. Installed older version on NS some years ago without problem but now ...

I think the proble ...

site is in development ... running locally ...

My domain is www.example.be ; so I did set the cookie domain to example.be (just an example btw :p)

I had the same problem and I think there is some kinda check on the cookie settings especialy on the "Cookie domain" setting ...

I changed this setting to everything and it didn't work ...

Seems like I wasn't getting any mail coz the editor added html tags to the emailadres in the config.
