Seems to be a problem with PHP5, I came across some other forums with the same problem stated and everyone that is having the error is using PHP5.. so who knows

Nah I just typed it wrong. It is users.png both in file and in the code. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the add-on. I have tried one in a complete package. I have tried the one off sourceforge ...

The user icon in the Admin file is an X... and the security tags are not showing as well. I noticed that all these new images are PNG and not sure if that has anything to do with it (instead of .gif) ...

Stay with v4.... there are some php code changes you can make to have it run smoothly in mySQL5 ... but it runs beautifully out of the box using mySQL4

I went with just the patched version of 7.6 and still get the same error. So it deffinently looks like a mysql problem most likely. Rather than downgrading my server at this point I think I am just go ...

Nope there is only the Anon user in the nuke_user table. I have tested a couple times using a test account. When signing up the user does indeed go to the temp_user table. After e-mail activation tho. ...
