I'm an idiot, didn't change the config file properly, missed out one little change. you know when you can't see the wood for the trees duh!

Fresh install, this is the information that gets diaplayed:

MySQL Database Connectivity Test Results

config.php file found!
Successfully connected to localhost as user ****** and assigned pass ...
