Ahh nvm I reinstalled three more times and on the third it went up and seems to be working fine now.

If you are installing this for the first time, did you remember to run INSTALLATION/installSQL.php file?

Hey guys thanks for all the help, basicallyI totally borked the install, so I deleted NS from the server and DB tables and loaded up a backup I did before the install.
