this is a documented issue with the html allowed tag in the patch 3.2

the easiest solution would be to write a text file as a block and activate...if ud like...just post the html contents of the bl ...

I applied the 3.2 patch to 7.8, and when I try to create a block with html links, it changes them to the following:

../../../../undefined/http://url

Ideas?
