Is there a way for all users to have e-mail notification on every comment (NOT IN FORUM) in article section?

For example if i make a post in your site and somebody makes a comment i want to recieve ...

I noticed that this script that Chatserv have posted in the past...
dont shows the last article from every categorie...
But i cant figure out what to change so this block will show the last articl ...

I try a greek Ip and it gives as result Amsterdam ?
