Xampp works perfect on windows. Even on my Vista 64b
Linux has it's own apache + php+ mysql + all the toys you need.....
Ubuntu server edition, or Fedora 8 are good linux choice.

You gonna put it into the protected range, not excluded.....
Excluded ranges are simply not tracked but they get trapped.

Not a big deal: my users will keep using a free image hosting service and then link to it Very Happy

<span class="whatever"></span>
