"Group Permissions Control" look to be correct, but "User Permissions Control" still show "Is Moderator".

When I change this to "Not Moderator" and click Submit. I then get an information window ...

I have no problem adding Moderators, and everything works fine.

The problem comes when revoking Moderator status for a user.
