I think I have been hacked or there is something odd going on.

It seems any block created with the word menu in it will not appear.
I have tried
- menu -
OLDMENU
menu
testmenu

None of them ...

I can only find a few threads about this from Aug 2004.
The fix then was something called 'hitlist' - I dont have this installed.

Any ideas? All new users are getting this error.
