Since last of my posts, I had yet another Idea experience.

The 95% of the problems are caused by scripts. Scripts, by nature are VERY fast in posting, so ... how about measuring the time spent ...

I have run NS with a hack in it that basically says, if the user is anonymous and they do this:

/rn/modules.php?name=Forums&file=posting&mode=newtopic&f=12

ban 'em. This works but ...
