well my first question would be ...why the heck 7.9 ?
And why not install the ravennuke ?
importing posts ,users etc...is easy...so why make it so hard for yourself?

I'm not going to pretend to k ...

I'm using a new site I just setup a week ago using 7.9. I've used this same copy to setup my first site and it worked perfectly, all functionality that doesn't work now works with that one so I know ...
