I would just start over and treat it as a fresh install, and wipe out the tables and install the files ...

Well I don't have that mod installed, but Raven Nuke is a fork from version 7.6 so I would think that would be the better place to start from. SO I would use NSN_GR_Downloads_760_102a

GD is not installed for Nuke. it is an extention that has to be installed to PHP. It may have to be turned on by your hosting provider if you do not have access to reconfigure PHP on your server

To answer your question the overlap just checks to make sure you don't have an IP address registered to more then one country. It should have nothing to do with being banned. I guess if the IP2Country ...
