Create closed/hidden groups that have permissions to do what u wish and add those members to the groups. |

What happens if there are 2 with the same name?
ie "my parrot is sick" or 'newbie needs help with' Numbers and dynamic titles work fine with SEs and if well into their parameters. |

Maybe simply having the link auto open in new window is the simplest way around. They can then carry on with post whate ... |
