This Module lets your users give a review of your Site, Services, Products, Books or anything else you wish to have them review. You set it up from the config file. Takes about 5 minutes to set the entire thing up if you have phpmyadmin to upload the sql. The file comes with a scrolling Site Review Block to showcase your reviews on your site. F-Shaped Pattern For Reading Web Content More about

Intresting read. Especially if you design content web sites.
Eyetracking visualizations show that users often read Web pages in an F-shaped pattern: two horizontal stripes followed by a vertical stripe.

* Users first read in a horizontal movement, usually across the upper part of the content area. This initial element forms the F's top bar.
* Next, users move down the page a bit and then read across in a second horizontal movement that typically covers a shorter area than the previous movement. This additional element forms the F's lower bar.
* Finally, users scan the content's left side in a vertical movement. Sometimes this is a fairly slow and systematic scan that appears as a solid stripe on an eyetracking heatmap. Other times users move faster, creating a spottier heatmap. This last element forms the F's stem.

brandnew: Gallery 2.1.1 the newest Version :: ever evolving & sustaining development at gallery.menalto.com :: the newest gallery, Gallery 2.1.1 is now available for download :: gallery - download page

Gallery 2.1.1 is now available for download! This bugfix release resolves problems with Postgres7, Oracle and DB2. It also includes minor bugfixes for the imageblock module and fixes some very rare permission issues in the toolkit (archiveupload, dcraw, ffmpeg, imagemagick, netpbm, zipcart)modules. New in this release is the Gallery2 Preinstaller. This nifty tool is a tiny download that will download and unpack Gallery2 on your server for you -- saving you tons of download and upload time. This is very useful if you're using ftp.
Download 2.1.1 now and if you have problems, please report them in the Gallery 2 forums!

Note: Due to a packaging issue, the imageblock module was falsely reporting an integrity error. This is ok - but we've released 2.1.1a packages to fix this problem for future downloads. 2.1.1a is exactly the same as 2.1.1 with this one issue fixed.

We recommend all Gallery 2 users upgrade to the newest version today!
