Absolutely and it's quite easy, as far as the database goes. In the 7.0 upgrades folder, just run the upgrade script upgrade69_70.php. You will need to replace your 6.9 files with the 7.0 files and that may involve customixation if you have modified any of those files.

The files in the nuke 7.0 distribution will overlay the 6.9 files. If you have blocks/modules that are not in the 7.0 files then they will not be affected. The way I always do my upgrades to my site is

- Set up a virgin installation (in this case 7.0)
- Make a clone of my current version database (in this case 6.9)
- Modify new config.php file for the cloned database access
- Copy the upgrades/upgrade69_70.php file to the 7.0 main folder
- Run

- You should now have a working 7.0 installation using your current 6.9 (now upgraded) tables
- Now start moving all your customizations, whether they be add-ons or core code from your 6.9 installation
