Why am I getting this message? It in the admin section when I click on IP banning.

The $perpage variable is zero. I don't know the program, but you can try a couple of things

$pagesint = @(totalselcted/$perpage);
or
if ($perpage) $pagesint = ($totalselected / $perpage);
