does this server accept uploading? i am getting this error:

No picture was uploaded !

If you have really selected a picture to upload, check that the server allows file uploads...

Yes it does. Make sure your permissions are set correctly. Also, if you do not have the latest release of CM, switch to Menalto. There are sone serious security issues with the old releases.
