Has someone got experience with having a Paypal account with multiple e-mail addresses append to it, though for the Nuke Treasury module you only want to use the IPN reconcile function for one of them?
The issue is about having one Paypal account because of one bank account. Donations that come in through one of the e-mail addresses and setting the IPN up within the Paypal profile shouldn't be mixed with donations that come in through another e-mail address.
Example:
* At a website I have installed Nuke Treasury and I'm glad I receive donations. For this I'm using e-mail address

to send the money through Paypal.
* On ebay I'm selling stuff and I'm using e-mail address

to receive the payments through Paypal.
In the admin panel > Treasury I click on "IPN reconcile". Will transactions from both e-mail addresses being deducted from the website Donat-O-meter?

This is one of those cases where you will need to try it and see what happens and then respond accordingly. You could also contact Paypal help and ask them the question.
I had this issue a long time ago. Payments for other things would show up as donations on the site. It was so long ago that I don't remember the Nuke Treasury version. I will try it and respond here. I've been thinking about this problem ever since deciding to stick the Donat-o-Meter up again.
