How to block all countries but USA?

My site is specifically geared towards a very small part of the US. I want to block all countries but the US. I've searched and haven't seen this addressed before. What can I do?

if you have sentinel installed go to import data.
then you see on the right Import to Blocked Ranges
click on it and the you see the area full with countries,click on one of them and it will be added to the banned area.
