Block for a rotating banners... Please help.

I need help building a block for a rotating ads from CJ. This is the code,

Please elaborate on what you're trying to do. Are you trying to call this javascript from a block or are you trying to recreate the js logic into a block?

That's actually the code that I use at the top of my site.

Or are you looking for a modification to the banner system that will allow more universal scripts? I asked this one before, but never really got a good solution:

Nevermind guys. I thought it said banner, not block. Sorry.
