hi ive got a site and some users have been complaining that after they register and they log in the status is offline, so this means they cannot download stuff at my site and when i try searching for the username they registered its there and i change the password and when they try to log in it still says user status offline wats wrong with this Sad can any raven admin help me please

However, if it is only affecting "some" users, then that usually means it's an issue with their machine. It could be they are using a download manager that is interferring. It could mean they need to refresh their cookies and disable their cache. Or maybe their security level is set too high.
