HTML code to link to email

I am slowdy figuring out html code for linking a picture to a URL etc.
Like the followng:

<center><a href="http://www.porcupinepc.com/forums/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewforum&f=40"/><img src="http://www.porcupinepc.com/porcprices.gif"</center></a>

Now, what i want to do is link a email me icon to my email address, but i don't know the necessary html code. Any help is appreciated.

You actually have your tags out of order. Your center tag and closing tag are not paired correctly. Here is the email code with the tags corrected Smile

<center><a href="mailto:your_email@somewhere.com"><img src="http://www.porcupinepc.com/porcprices.gif"></a></center>

I tried that but noticed that there was still one little error:

<center><a href="http://mailto:sales@porcupinepc.com"><img src="http://www.porcupinepc.com/emailjoe.gif"></a></center>

There souldnt have been a [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ] before the mailto:
