all kind os warnings after turning on Sentinel

this is what I get when Itry to access admin.php on 7.6 patched with Sentinel 2.1.2.

This started only after turned on Scripting and one other blocker, I think referred something-or-other. I tried to go back and turn them off, which seemed like it worked, but now I get this error on every public page

I can't get into my admin until I get this resolved.

OK, the culprit was the "Request Method Blocker Settings". I had to turn it off in the DB to get back into the admin page. What's all that mean anyway?
