Strange error message

I tried an upgrade to 7.6 and had a few problems so I decided to go back to 7.5 as there was nothing really in 7.6 to warrent an upgrade anyway. All seems to be okay except for one thing and its a slight annoyance only.

When going to post a new story, at the very top of the screen above everything else it reads "Access Denied".

It still allows me to post a story however but that message remains and I cannot figure out why.
