Installation went fine but i cant change anything.i get this error when i try to do anything,like moving blocks.

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/thebakm/public_html/includes/sentinel.php:843) in /home/thebakm/public_html/admin/modules/blocks.php on line 314



and i get this when i try to login as a user

Sorry, such file doesn't exist...

can you tell me how to fix this?

I don't mean to sound unhelpful, but please do a search in forums by your problem or check the user's guide. This question has been answered a hundred times.
