I was having trouble adding an admin awhile back. Had to do with the authors.php file and the authors table. Anyway, since I couldn't get that fixed I went ahead and changed the AID for the GOD account and password. I did this through phpmyadmin.

Now I can't log on as admin through admin.php. I even changed it back to the old name and PW and still can't get in.

Any ideas?

I found my answer after some lengthy searching. I see also that there is a PWORD reset utility. Great tool. Thanks

Would what you found potentially help others? I am surprised that changing it back did not help, or, had your .staccess file somehow change too?
