Webmaster email address - 403 forbidden page.

When a user who is blocked tries to access the site, they are told;

Access forbidden!
You don't have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server.
If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.
Error 403

The word "webmaster" is highlighted as a mailto link, but no email address is set.

Is there a way to set an email address in here, so that a member who is blocked in error can easily notify me?

sentinel grabs the admin mail,check if its set in the sentinel config.
