Where can I find changes or Core Files for Mailing Lists now?

I,ve installed this module locally and I don't know if I have to make some changes in the core files?

sometimes when I add a content or banner to a list it wont send me back to admin again and I have to refresh to get back.

I'm not sure any changes are necessary for mailing lists.

kguske, Thanks, I'll test it on my test site. I think it happens when I test it locally.
