Need help with phpESP for PHPNuke

I am havig some issues with the phpESP module for Nuke. I have the mod installed on two systems: my test server on my PC (with Win XP) and on my website.

On my test server, I am able to get to the admin section of the mod but when I click the link to create a new survey, it just refreshes the same page. I checked the files and none of them are read-only. I can't figure it out.

On my web site, I am able to create a survey correctly, but when I activate the survey and click on the link in the modules block to get to it, I get this message:

Code:

[ Error processing survey: Survey not specified. ]

If I type the physical address for the survey, I can get to the survey and complete it. Yet when I go to the admin section to look at the results, I get this message:

Code:

Error opening survey. No responses found. [ ID:3 ]

I can't figure any of it out. Can anyone lend a fellow Nuker a hand? I really appreciate it.

well same here..
i didnt spend much time on it.
but on my site i got exactly the same.
installed by the letter.
also took care of the confusing admin instructions..lol
but nothing,then i trashed it again.
something like this should work in a few seconds but it didnt.

Anyone else able to get the mod to work? I could really use the help.
