unknown sql Tables

I found this add-on for creating themes. Its actually realy good except its missing sql installer theres no install file or support info at all maybe if someone likes a challenge.
Take on this one translate to english and figure out what is needed for the sql database.
I uploaded the zip to my web site heres the link

I scanned it for viruses befor uploading it. McAffee did not find anything and my mcaffee is up to date
