403 Forbidden error

I have been forbidden by my own site. I have gone into the phpMyadmin and deleted my ip address from the blocked ip tables. I also had a friend log into my admin account on the site to see if my ip was banned. He also added my ip to to the protected range, and I still get the 403 error with an additional 404 error about an error document to handle the request. I have cleared out all my internet cache and I am still forbidden from my site. Any Ideas?

Did you check your .htaccess for any bans there?

I did now, thank you so much. This phpNuke is all brand new to me.
