Nuke 7.6 patch3.2

After a user registers, the default values for most of these are set to NO. I want to default the values to Yes when a new user registers. I've searched the forums..probabaly not good enough and I've poked around in the Your_Account module's index.php, but I cannot seem to figure it out...

I believe those are defaults set in the users table
